For many humans, it’s difficult to understand the severity of puppy mills without seeing it firsthand. While I’ve never seen a puppy mill in real life, I’ve seen dogs that were rescued from them. Be Wary of “USDA-Licensed” Breeders
Humans are more likely to trust people and businesses that are licensed. That’s why many people don’t think twice when buying from a “USDA-licensed” breeder. You would think that a licensed breeder would be the most reputable and humane, but sadly, that’s far from the case.
